Our premier Yoga studio – directed by Valarie Wright – is a dedicated space of peace and tranquility to which people can escape from their day and restore their body, mind and spirit. Our Yoga classes offer mindfully sequenced classes from an Ayurvedic (healing) perspective. Students are challenged to move slowly, through a breath-centered practice which invokes profound self awareness in the body and mind.

Yoga is aimed at uniting the mind, body and spirit. When you find harmony between these three things, you find healing, health and wholeness in all aspects of lifey. No wonder so many people consider Yoga their therapy!

Yoga helps you become more aware of your body’s posture, alignment and patterns of movement. It helps the body become more flexible and mobile and helps you relax even in the midst of a stress-filled environment. People usually come to yoga to lose weight, become more fit and find more energy; and along the way, find happiness, healing and peace.

How many classes should you take? We have a Yoga Punch Card – 10 classes – because, in ten sessions you will feel the difference, in twenty you will see the difference, and in thirty you’ll have a whole new body and perspective.
